What's happened to your face?
once you smiled a fantasy
so falsely naive in made up space
now, now look what's happened
you cannot speak words, for you have no mouth

you were lost inside your cheerful smile
put up for the world to see and scorn
inside darkness grew, consumed, ate away
your heart melted in the palm of your hands
drip drip, it fell to earth below
sadness and sorrow, "stay away honey"
